Application

First Round Screening Interview
In your first interview, our aim is to learn about your abilities, experience, and career aspirations. We also want you to start getting a feel for what makes Theo a great place to work—so feel free to bring your questions too!
- Stage 3
2nd Round Interview
In this interview, you'll be meeting with other Theo team members, selected based on how closely they will work with this role. Our aim is to learn more about your working experience, skills, and approach.
- Stage 4
Final Round Interview
In this interview, you'll be meeting with additional Theo team members, again, selected based on how closely they will work with this role. Our aim is to dig deeper into your understanding of media, and get a sense of culture fit for both Theo and client teams.
